The California Policy Reform Network, or CPRN, is a civic partnership advancing state policy reforms. Our mission is to inform and engage California's civic leaders from all walks of life on fundamental state policy reform issues. . .and then to link these leaders to state policymakers to help move policy reform ideas toward adoption. Currently, CPRN focuses on three policy areas: state budget priorities and planning (the Next Ten project); growth planning and growth management; and infrastructure planning and financing.
Our partners include local and statewide organizations representing different regions and many constituencies. Despite the different viewpoints of our network members - including local government, business, community, and regional civic groups- they all agree that state policies need fundamental reform, and that input from regional voices can contribute to effective solutions.
